天猫奢品联合品牌推出“视频顾问”服务

3月7日消息，今日，天猫奢品联合品牌推出的“视频顾问”新服务正式上线，该服务面向所有消费者开放，覆盖腕表、饰品、成衣等多类货品。

据悉，该项服务相当于把奢侈品门店的VIP Room搬到线上，专业导购与顾客可实时直播连线、1对1讲解产品知识、试穿试戴展示。首批奢侈品品牌卡地亚Cartier、博柏利Burberry率先启用该服务。

一位预约过该服务的用户介绍，进入品牌天猫旗舰店，点击旺旺客服，就能收到“1v1视频顾问服务”提醒，最快30分钟接入。另据天猫奢品介绍，该服务2月中旬试运行以来，已经有几百名消费者预约直播。

据了解，在奢侈品销售方面，从2020年开始，天猫便迎来奢侈品入驻潮，截至2021年末，已有200多个奢侈品牌官方入驻。与此同时，天猫也是国内唯一汇集了LVMH、开云集团、香奈儿、爱马仕以及历峰集团这全球五大奢侈品巨头的电商平台。

对此，为更好的助力奢侈品销售，近年来，天猫推出了许多新型的销售工具。除了视频顾问，AR试、VR试戴、3D展示等全新黑科技也早已在天猫上线。



值得一提的是，去年七夕期间，天猫奢品推出“无忧购”服务，通过视频客服、一键售后、分期免息等服务，提升线上消费者购物体验。七夕当天，首个奢侈品“视频客服”正式上线。视频客服将成为专属导购，为消费者讲解产品知识、进行试穿、试戴的展示。

品牌售后服务方面，去年12月下旬，多家时尚品牌在天猫奢品上线官方售后服务。消费者不用跑到线下实体店，就可以享受到由品牌官方提供的一系列售后服务。截至当时，已经上线的有包括GUCCI古驰、Van Cleef & Arpels梵克雅宝、Burberry博柏利等在内的十多个品牌。
